This is a rare vintage jigsaw puzzle featuring The Fantastic Art of Brian Froud.  It is titled The Mountain and is puzzle number 6158.  It was printed in 1977.  It was produced by American Publishing Corp in Watertown, MA, and was Made in the USA.  It has 551 pieces and the finished puzzle size is 18" x 24".  It is a fantastic mountain that is actually the hat of a troll or goblin.  The artwork is taken from his 1976 book "Once Upon a Time" published by Bantam Books.  The artwork of Brian Froud is stunningly creative.  The box has some minor damage to the corners but the pieces are in like-new condition.  The puzzle is complete and all 551 pieces were accounted for.  Please see photos for specifics on the condition of this fantastical Froud puzzle.
